Ingredients

    24 oz. (1 1/2 lbs.) of stewed chicken meat, using both dark and light meat, with bones and skin removed
    4 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. fresh minced garlic (approx. 5-7 peeled cloves)
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. dried parsley
    1 tsp. dried rosemary
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    1 tsp. ground sage
    1/2 tsp. salt (table salt)
    1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Kraft Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing, Light

Directions

Boil a 3-4 lb. roasting or fryer chicken for approx. 30 minutes or 'til cooked through. Cool for approx. 30 or until it can be handled easily. Remove all skin, bones and fat and discard. Chop up 24 oz. (or 1 1/2 lbs.) of the white and dark meat and set aside. Mix together all the other ingredients in a small bowl and pour over chopped chicken. Mix together well and refrigerate for 2-4 hours or 'til chilled. Enjoy over chopped lettuce, in a pita pocket or on whole wheat or multi-grain bread. Makes 10 1/2 cup servings.
