Introduction

Ingredients

    1 pound extra lean ground turkey
    1 large egg
    1 teaspoon crushed garlic
    1 capful Mrs. Dash Onion and Herb seasoning
    3/4 cup Swanson's Chicken Broth
    Two slices Whole Wheat toast, crushed to crumbs

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended.
Form into 6 patties, Spray a cookie sheet with Pam, bake on sheet in oven 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Makes six servings.

Variation: Form mixture into 18 round meatballs. Poach in a little chicken broth until fully cooked. I like to serve three with a scoop of fresh salsa. Makes six servings.
