    1/2 cup onion
    1 package Success Brown rice
    1 Acorn Squash
    2-1/2 links Jennie O Italian sweet sausage
    1or 2 cloves of garlic.


Sautee onion and sausage out of casings. Mix with cooked brown rice. Cut squash in half and microwave until tender. Scoop out squash and mix with rice mixture. Add back to squash and put in microwave or oven until hot.
