Ingredients

    1 bag of Boil-in-Bag Brown RIce (1 cup uncooked)
    1 bag of Starkist Tuna Creations - Sweet & Spicy (4.5oz)
    2/3 cup Frozen Peas
    1-2 cups sliced mushrooms
    1 tsp Cavender's Salt-Free
    1 Tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Teriyaki Sauce and Marinade
    1 Tbsp Smart Balance Omega Plus Spread
    1 tsp Extra Light Olive Oil
    1 tsp Sriracha (For heat, you can omit if too spicy)

Directions

Boil rice. While the rice is boiling, sauté the tuna, mushrooms and peas in a large sauté pan with the oil and spread. When the rice is done add the rice to the pan and add the caveder's and siracha. Eat.
