Ingredients

    2 cup Whole Wheat flour (self raising)
    250 gr Black Olives
    3 tbsp Olive Oil
    5 gr Brown Sugar or 2.5 gr fructose
    3 gr Salt

Directions

Mix whole wheat flour with warmed water, add egg, and the rest of the ingredients to make a soft pastry.
Divide it to 14 pieces and press them to make small round breads.Leave it to rest for 20 min in a warm place.
Cook in a preheated oven (200 -220 C) for approx 40 min.
