Ingredients

Chicken Breast, no skin, 14 ounces (remove)
*Golden Yellow Potatoe, 4 serving (remove)
Carrots, raw, 6 oz (remove)
Celery, cooked, 3 stalks (remove)
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
Broccoli, fresh, 20 oz (remove)
4 large eggs
Directions
Chop veggies [set broccoli aside] & chicken and put into a pot. Add water until it reaches the top of the veggies.
Cook until finished.
While water is boiling, drop in scrambled eggs and stir.
Ladle out the chunks into a blender & blend until creamy.
Return to soup pot. Add broccoli and warm up until it is to your desired taste. Makes approx 11 one-cup servings.

This sounds great I was a little worried bout the potatoes in it. They usually change the flavor and make it to bland for me, but it was great - 3/21/10

Glad you liked it. My family ate this up without complaint. (Hubby & kids hate soup unless it is pureed, so I snuck some of our eggs in there for protein.)
