Directions

I set the nutritional info for 16 servings (approx. 1 oz/serving)...but, it would make 2 small cheese balls or a large amount of spread

With a mixer, beat all ingredients until combined. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Can be molded into a cheese balls and rolled w/ chopped pecans (not included in nutritional value) or simply left as a cheese spread. Use crackers, veggies (top cucumber slices, celery or dip broccoli, cauliflower and carrots or chips to dip. Can also be spread on a tortilla and rolled up, slicing into bit sized pieces.
