Ingredients

    1 kilo of chuck beef cut into 1 inch size pieces
    1 large onion chopped
    1 large garlic clove crushed
    1/2 green capsicum(pepper)chopped
    1/2 red capsicum(pepper)chopped
    1 large carrot chopped
    200 gms pumpkin chopped
    5 large potatoes chopped
    100 gms grean beans(or a can of green beans)
    1 medium zucchini chopped
    3beef stock cubes
    enough water to just cover vegies and meat

Directions

1 kilo of chuck steak trimmed of fat and sinue and diced into 1inch pieces.
fry meat add diced onion and garlic, fry until onion is cooked.
Add the rest of the ingredients. And season to taste
Bring to the boil.Reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook for 3 hours or until meat is tender.
thicken with a little corn flour.

I cook mine in a pressure cooker.It takes only 1hour form start too finish using this method
