Introduction

A low calorie healthy desert that tastes like your cheating! A low calorie healthy desert that tastes like your cheating!
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 stick of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
    2 cups of Splenda
    2 cups of Light Soy Milk, plain
    1.5 cups of Flour (self-rising)
    1 29oz can of Peaches in Extra Light Syrup

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Place one stick of butter in a 9 x 13 inch pan and place in oven while pre-heating until butter is melted.
Meanwhile, mix 2 cups of Splenda, 2 cups of Light Soy Milk and 1.5 cups of Flour ( mixture will be soupy). Pour mixture on top of melted butter. Do not stir.
Pour can of Peaches in Extra Light Syrup on top of flour mixture. Do not stir.
Place pan in oven and cook until top is golden brown, approx 1 hour.

Makes approx 16 half cup servings.
