Ingredients

    1 medium pizza crust, preferable without white flour
    1 cup Ragu light tomato and basil sauce
    1 zucchini
    3/4 cup onion
    1 cup Sargento reduced fat mossarella cheese
    1/2 cup water

Directions

Boil zucchini and onion in water to soften. Put sauce on pizza, layer with vegetables and top with cheese. Cook 10 minutes.
