Ingredients

    2 6-8 oz ribeyes
    l1tsp Mc Cormick meat tenderizer
    two med cloves of garlic crushed and minced
    curry powder to taste.


Directions

Trim fat off steaks
sprinkle tenderizer on steaks and let sit 2-3 hours
prepare garlic sprinkle on steaks
sprinkle curry on steaks
place on grill cook till perfered doneness
can place under broiler in oven
