Ingredients

    2 cups bisquick - Heart Smart
    2 egg whites
    1.25 cups skim kilk
    1 cup part skim ricotta cheese
    2 tbsp splenda

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Drop by 1/4 cup onto hot griddle. Cook until bubbles appear on surface. Turn. Cook until light brown.

Makes 14 pancakes.
