Ingredients
Jennie-O Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage - 4 links
Jennie-o italian seasoned ground turkey, 20 oz
1 Box of Ronzoni Healthy Harvest All Natural Whole Grain Whole Wheat Blend Rotini Pasta 14 oz
Prego Heart Smart Ricotta Parmesan Pasta Sauce, 24oz
Prego - Heart Smart Onion & Garlic Italian Sauce, 24oz
Albertson's Fat Free Shredded Mozarella Cheese, 1 cup
Albertson's Low Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella, 1 cup
Christopher Ranch - California Grown Chopped Garlic, 2 Tbsp
Salt, Redmond Real Salt Sea Salt 1 tsp
Ground Black Pepper, 1 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Boil Turkey links according to directions on package.
Strain, set aside to cool, then cut in slices according to prefrence thicher or thinner.
While links are cooling set a large pot of water to boil.
Brown ground turkey adding salt pepper and garlic. Strain.
When pot is boiling add pasta, when it begins to boil again time it for about 13 min or until slightly softened.
Strain pasta, add it back to pot.
Add both bottles of pasta sauce, links and ground turkey, mix well.
Add pot mixture to a 13 x 9 baking dish top with fat free mozarella first then part skim mozarella on top of that.
Bake at 350 for 15 to 30 or until cheese is melted.
