Introduction

This is one of many possible variations. I use whatever fruit is available; apples add a nice crunch. Substitute dried cranberries for raisins is good too. This is one of many possible variations. Ingredients

    6 oz nonfat vanilla yogurt with Splenda
    6 oz plain nonfat yogurt
    1/2 cup toasted granola with sunflower seeds
    1 banana, sliced into half-rounds
    3 strawberries, sliced
    2 T slivered almonds
    1 oz raisins
    cinnamon, sprinkled to taste

Directions

Mix together well all ingredients except cinnamon. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

Makes 2 servings.

Can be made in advance and stored in refrigerator for a softer smoother texture. If eaten immediately it has a nice crunch.
