Ingredients

    2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
    1 TBSP Regina Red Wine Vinegar
    1/8 tsp oregano
    Less than 1/8 tsp salt
    Juice from 1/8 Lime
    Makes 3 (healthy) one-tablespoon helpings. So if you use all of the above on your salad, you would add 240 calories and 3 times the nutrient values.

Directions

Mix and pour. Cookbooks advise to add the oil last, pouring in slowly while whisking to mix ingredients well.
