Ingredients

    3 qt. homemade L.R. cherry pie filling
    80g a(1 cup)quick oats
    110g (1 cup) oat bran
    45g (1/3 cup) whole wheat flour
    94g (1/2 cup) sucanat or brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 cup butter
    3 T. buttermilk

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9"x13" (or larger if you have it) pan as well as an 8"x8" pan with non-stick spray. Spread pie filling evenly over bottom. Combine dry ingredients. Add butter and mix well with hands. Stir in buttermilk with a fork until thouroughly combined. Sprinkle over pie filling. Bake for 1 hour. Cut 9"x13" into 12 pieces and 8"x8" into 6 pieces. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
