Ingredients

    3 teaspoons Hot Pepper Sauce
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
    4 salmon fillets
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/2 cup Kalamata Olives, pitted
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

In a small shallow bowl, combine hot sauce and soy sauce. Dip the fillets on both sides and set aside.
Meanwhile, in a skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add fish and cook 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove the fish, place in the oven at 400 degrees to cook through.
Add the tomatoes and olives to the pan and saute for 1 minute. Add garlic powder and salt (not too much! the olives are already salty) to taste. Top the fish with the tomato/olive mixture and serve.
