Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
    1 Large Onion, Chopped
    1 Package Great Value Taco Seasoning
    2 cans Great Value Pinto Beans
    2 cans Great Value Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles
    16 Great Value Corn Tortillas
    1 Jar of Great Value Medium Salsa Con Queso
    1 16 oz. Package of Great Value Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Cook ground beef and chopped onion. Drain fat and add taco seasoning, beans, diced tomatoes and green chiles to beef mixture. Spray 13x9 glass pan with non-stick cooking spray. Line bottom of pan with 8 corn tortillas, overlapping. Spread half of beef mixture on top of corn tortillas, then spread queso on top, then sprinkle half of cheddar cheese on top of queso. Start another layer of 8 corn tortillas, spread the rest of the beef mixture and sprinkle the rest of the cheddar cheese on top. Cover pan with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly and hot. Makes 8-10 servings. Calories are based on 8 large servings.
