Ingredients

    1 ugli fruit chopped up
    Pineapple, fresh, 1 cup, diced
    Mangos, 1 cup, diced
    Papayas, 2 cup, cubes
    Watermelon, 1 1/4 cup, balls
    Kiwi Fruit, 1 fruit without skin, medium diced
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium sliced
    Grapes, 1 cup, seedless
    Coconut, sweetened, 2 oz.
    Orange Juice, 1/3 cup
    Honey, 1/2 tablespoon
    Ginger, ground, 1/4 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 1/4 tsp
    Lime Juice, 1 to 2 tablespoons

Directions

chop and dice all the fruit. put into bowl. Mix orange juice, lime juice, honey, ginger, and nutmeg in another bowl. Pour over fruit and enjoy.
