Ingredients

    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
Paprika, 4 tbsp or 1/4 cup
*Coriander leaf, dried, .5 tsp (I used ground)
*Cumin seed, 1 tsp (I used ground)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Fiesta Fajita Seasoning 1/4 cup

Directions

Combine all in a shallow bowl and mix well before rubbing on both sides of the ribs. Let the ribs stand in a airtight container for several hours (12 to 24 is best) at least 6 hours to thet the flavors through the meat. Place in refrigerator until ready to bake or steam on the grill before adding BBQ sauce. This should serve about 8 people.
