Ingredients

    2 tbsp butter
    2 medium leeks
    1/2 c onion
    2 med celery stalks
    3 cloves garlic
    6 potatoes
    1/2 c dry white wine
    1 can chicken broth
    4 c water
    2 chorizo links
    1/2 tsp lemon zest
    1 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions

In large saucepan melt butter over med heat. Add garlic, onions, leeks, and celery. Saute until tender
Pour in white wine and reduce by half. Add water, chicken stock, and sausage. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook about 20 minutes. Add potatoes and continue simmering for 40 minutes.
Remove sausage , using a food processeor blend/puree soup. Return to pot add sausage in pieces add lemon zest and red pepper flakes.
