Ingredients

2 pounds raw ground turkey, 93% lean/7% fat, mixed with breakfast sausage seasonings (see below)
3 cans fat-free evaporated milk
1 3/4 cups water
1/2 tsp dried ground Marjoram
16 Tbsp Blue Bonnet Light Stick (2 sticks)
1 cups whole-grain whole wheat flour
Breakfast Sausage seasonings to add to ground turkey:
Mix following with 2 lbs 93% lean (at least) ground turkey in a bowl by hand.
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp dried ground sage
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp dried ground marjoram
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 pinch ground cloves
Directions
Crumble turkey sausage into large pan. Cook until done.
Add light margarine. Melt over medium heat. Add marjoram, mix completely.
Add flour and mix well.
Slowly add evaporated milk and the water (still over medium heat). Stirring constantly until boiling (about 10 minutes). If mixture thickens to much before it boils, add a little more water to thin and continue cooking and stirring.
Pour over fresh biscuits or bread.
