    3/4 C. QUICK COOKING OATS
    3/4 C. WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
    1 C . SKIM MILK
    1 TBSP. SUGAR
    2 TBSP. CANOLA OIL
    2 TSP. BAKING POWDER
    1 EGG.

Directions

IN MEDIUM BOWL MIX ALL INGREDIENTS WITH WIRE WHISK UNTIL BLENDED.
SPRAY GRIDDLE OR 10 " SKILLET W/COOKING SPRAY.
POUR SLIGHTLY LESS THT 1/4 C. BATTER ONTO HOT GRIDDLE.
COOK UNTIL PUFFED AND DRY AROUND EDGES. FLIP COOK UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
HIGHT ALT.(3500 -6500)DECREASE BAKING POWDER TO 1 1/2 TSP.
