Ingredients

    1lb ground turkey breast 99% fat free
    1c. great value southwest salsa
    1c. black beans
    1pk. great value frozen stir fry vegetables
    1 onion chopped
    1tbls garlic powder
    1tbls cumin
    1tbls chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1tbls cocoa powder
    mushroom slices
    3tbls tomatoe paste
    1c. water
    2tbls canola oil

Directions

1.Using the oil, brown the turkey along with the onions and mushrooms
2. Add the salsa, blackbeans and the vegetables.
3. Add all of the seasonings and the tomatoe paste and the water. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
Makes 8 1/2 cup servings.
