Ingredients

    2 lbs chicken wings
    1 T minced ginger
    1 cloves chopped garlic
    1/3 c soy sauce
    4 T honey
    3 T sherry
    1 T rice vinegar
    5 t sambal olek or tabasco
    1 T sesame oil
    2 T sesame seeds

Directions

Mix marinade ingredients in bowl large enough to accommodate wings. Add wings stir and marinate for 2 hours at room temperature. Drain and reserve marinade

Preheat broiler Place wings on broiling rack and broil 15-20 minutes or until brown and baste with marinade. Turn after 10 minutes and baste with marinade.
Transfer to a platter and serve.

    Incredible!
    I cooked mine in the crock pot then placed them under the broiler to brown. I served them with some lo mein and asian green beans. It was an awesome meal. - 1/6/13
