Ingredients

    - 3oz. Chicken Breast
    - 8 Cherry Tomatoes, halved
    - Cooking Spray
    - Sweet Potato (mid-size)
    - Salt

Directions

Bake chicken & tomatoes in 450 degree oven until cooked, about 30-45 minutes. Spray 1-2 times during cooking to keep from drying out (no need to flip the chicken).

Slice sweet potato into strips, place on baking dish. Spray lightly with cooking spray, sprinkle with salt. Bake for 12 mins, flip, and bake until finished. If you're not sure when they're done, try one! Cooking time depends on how thick your fries are.
