Ingredients

    2 Med pink grapefruits sectioned
    2 avocados sliced

Directions

Place grapefruit sections in a bowl with any juice from the preparation and toss with avocado slices. The citrus juice will keep the avocados from turning brown.

It's great on baby spinach as a leafy salad - no need for salad dressing.

    Gorgeous salad, and very tasty too! Eat this salad when you are getting bored with salads. It is surprising how low the cals are per serving, considering the amount of avocado- WONDERFUL! - 12/18/07
