This cake is sooo yummy!It's very filling, doesn't take much time to make and you don't need an oven.It is the only way to feed my little cousin cottage cheese.My family is crazy about it! This cake is sooo yummy!It's very filling, doesn't take much time to make and you don't need an oven.It is the only way to feed my little cousin cottage cheese.My family is crazy about it!

Ingredients

    500g low-fat cookies (square)
    500g nonfat cottage cheese
    100g light spread
    Splenda equal to 0.6cup sugar
    500-700g skim milk
    2tsp cacao
    raisins
    vanilla to taste

Directions

Mix cottage cheese with spread and splenda until smooth.Add vanilla.
Preheat milk.Soak cookies in milk one by one 'til the surface is slightly soft and make one layer.Top with cottage cheese mix, then cookies, cottage cheese mix and again cookies 'till nothing left.(add cacao powder and raisins in mix if desired)
Put in the fridge for at least 3.5 hours.Enjoy!
