Ingredients

    One package of Starkist Flavor Fresh Tuna Creation Hickory Smoked
    2 Wrap-itz Flour Tortillas
    1 can of Starkist Chunk Light Tuna in water
    1/4 cup of shredded Cheese
    1 raw red pepper, sliced
    1 1/2 cups of fat free sour cream

Directions

1 In a small bowl, mix tuna, sour cream, shredded cheese, red pepper strips until blended.
2. Spread tuna mixture on one tortilla shell to the edges. Top with the other shell.
3. Spray a large skillet lightly with vegetable spray and heat.
4. Brown the shell in the skillet until golden brown on each side, appx 2-3 minutes each side.
5. Cut shell into 8 wedges and serve
**The recipe will create a mix for multiple Quesadillas. Makes about 4 Quesadillas, which serves 8 people.
