Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 can cherry pie fillling
    2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
    2 cups fresh or frozen rasperberries
    2 Tbsp splenda
    2 cups all purpose flour
    1/4 cup splenda
    1 Tbsp baking powder
    3/4 tsp salt
    1/2 cup of calorie reduced margarine
    1 cup of skim milk

Directions

In an ungreased 12 x 9 baking dish combine the pie filling and berries. Sprinkle 2 Tbsp of sugar on top and set aside. Stir together the flour, 1/4 cup of sugar, baking powder and the salt. With a pastry blender cut in the margarine until the mixture is crumbly. Add milk and mix lightly wtih fork until just combined. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the fruit mixture. Bake in 375F oven for 35 to 40 minutes until lightly browned and bubbly. Makes about 8 servings.
