Ingredients

3 tbsp - regular oats (not instant)
3 tbsp - fat-free liquid egg substitute (like Original Egg Beaters)
    2 tbsp - all-purpose flour
2 tbsp - fat free Greek Yogurt, plain (use regular yogurt if you don't have a greek yogurt like Fage 0% around)
    1/2 tbsp - semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
    1/4 tsp - baking powder
    1/4 tsp - vanilla extract
1 no-calorie sweetener packet (like Splenda)
    dash salt

Directions

1) In a small bowl, place all ingredients EXCEPT for the chocolate chips. Add 1 tbsp. of water (Only if mixture seams too thick), and stir until thoroughly mixed. Then, fold in the chocolate chips.

2) Bring a pan sprayed with nonstick spray to medium heat. Evenly pour half of the batter into the center of the pan to form 1 pancake. Once the pancake begins to look solid (after about 1 1/2 minutes), gently flip. Cook for an additional 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until both sides are lightly browned and the inside is cooked through. Plate and repeat with the rest of the batter.

I like to top with the fat free Reddi-wip and enjoy!
