Ingredients

    2 c napa cabbage
    50 wonton wrappers-- small size
    2 tsp fresh minced ginger
    2 tbsp lite soy sauce
    1 green onion, chopped
    1 tbsp dry sherry
    2 tsp cornstarch
    1 egg white,beaten

Directions

In food processor, combine cabbage all ingredients except egg white & wonton wrappers. Pulse until in forms paste-like. Lay out about 4-5 wrappers at a time and brush egg white around edges. Put 1 sm teaspoon mix mix in center. Fold wrapper diagonally, and seal edges. Push outside edges toward the middle, and gently push dumpling down to create flat bottom- they will be more likely to sit up in your pan. When all are ready, have large flat skillet with 1/2" boiling water going. Place dumplings in pot, stirring with rubber scraper. You don't want your dumplings to stick to the bottom. Allow to cook for 5 min. Place on cutting board, cookie sheet NOT TOUCHING. Each dumpling is 1 serving.
