Introduction
This is my "lite-prep" version to prepare this box side-dish. The milk is 2% fat and "I can't believe it's not butter-lite" are used to prepare this. Ingredients

1 box Pasta Roni Butter & Garlic Flavor Angel Hair Pasta
1 TBSP I Can't Believe It's Not Butter - Lite
1/3 cup 2% milk
1-3/4 cup water
Directions
In a round 2-quart microwavable glass casserole dish, combine 1-3/4 cups water, 1/3 cup 2%milk and 1 TBSP I Can't Believe It's Not Butter-Lite.
Microwave uncovered at high 4-5 minutes or until boiling. Slowly stir in pasta & special seasoning from the box. Separate the pasta with a fork if necessary. Microwave approx 1 minute at high. Stir and Microwave at high 3-4 more minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir well. Sauce will be thin. Let stand 3-5 minutes to thicken.
This makes approx 2.5 servings (1 cup per serving). (I actually double this recipe for my family.)
