Ingredients

3 lb corned beef briskit
4 med potatoes cut in 4ths
1 cup rough cut onion
2 cups rough cut carrots
1 med. head of cabbage cut in 4ths
1 can light beer
Directions
Boil corned beef briskit with spices, 1 can of light beef and water to cover. Bring to boil, then turn down and simmer for 2.5 hours. Add carrots, cabbage, onions and potatoes the last 45 minutes and bring to boil, then turn down to simmer until tender.
