Vegetable soups can be boring. Some people make them better by serving them with rice or over torn up non-sweetened corn bread. Adding tortilla chips is like crackers, but it adds a little crunch, too. Yes, the sodium is a bit high, but that is soup. Help me if there is another way to reduce this and keep the flavor that is not completly chemical. Some ingredients are specific brands that I love, but you can subsitute per your personal taste.

I am a cheese addict and have really REALLY missed my cheese toasties, this is a fantastic substitute for welsh rarebit and at only 300 calories is an ideal quick and simple lunch. If each slice is cut into quarters would make a great party snack at only 38 calories a piece!

I like this because it takes very little time and indgredients. If the receipe is simple, it makes my dieting easier! I also need to watch my cholestoral. This is a nice snack or lunch.
I blended these ingredients to create a homemade healthy soup, that did not have any added salt or preservatives to it as some processed versions have.
