I saw several recipes on the site and decided to do my own take on this recipe. I try to economize the time, so I start cooking while prepping. Those times completely overlap.

Designed to fill a crock pot, a combination of other recipes suited to my taste. Serve with Tortilla Chips, Pita Chips, Crackers, etc...

This is the most simple recipe I have ever made for tomato soup, and by far the best!

You can make your own tomato soup without the additives, and it is sooo much better tasting!

Uses sweet potato and less fat than the conventional beef stew recipe.

I love mushrooms and wanted a soup not quite as thick as the Special Requests, and wanted some real mushrooms.
