Substituting low-fat buttermilk shaves some of fat and calories, but don't substitute the sugar or butter. The sugar is needed to help level the pancakes. Unsalted butter keeps the sodium down and gives you fluffier pancakes. It also gives the pancakes richness so that you can skip buttering them when they get off the griddle!
An adaptation of Starbucks' Sous Vide egg bites. Bacon, ham, or other cooked meats can be added. If adding in vegetables, such as spinach, make sure to squeeze out as much water as possible since it will make a runny bite.
I use Pamela's mix to make these and they are wonderful and just like you would expect from a restaurant, light fluffy and crisp on the outside
