This soup is great to warm you up on a cold winter night. It is also inexpensive to make and gives you a chance to add any of your own home grown veggies from the garden.

An old family favorite with a gluten free twist. (Tim is a cousin who would eat these all day every day if he could) I added the Xantham Gum to help them rise and if you cut sugar in half, they taste like pan bread, great for sandwiches.
