This is the way I've always made chicken salad. Occasionally depending on what's in the fridge I will add a chopped hard boiled egg and a chopped firm apple. That will obviously change the calories, but it adds a freshness that is awesome! You don't need salt because of the olives, but feel free to add any spices you like. I always use leftover chicken so it's usually seasoned with garlic, black pepper and a little salt.
Traditional masala dosa for the batter, chutney and stuffing are heart healthy without compromise on taste!
