Ingredients

    4 TBS virgin olive oil
    1 TBS lime juice
    1 TBS red wine vinegar
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tsp oregano
    100 grams feta cheese cubed or crumbled
    3 red plum tomatoes
    1/2 cup uncooked bulgur
    1 large cucumber
    salt and pepper

Directions

Soak the bulgur in cold water until soft (approx 1 hour) and then drain. Add the cheese, cucumbers, and tomatoes. Then the rest of the ingredients. Chill until ready to eat.
This recipe serves 6 (or less if you are really hungry!)
