This is an easy delicious quiche. Can easily add or substitute other meat/vegetables/cheeses.
Depending on the heat of the jalapeno, ground red pepper and Franks Hot Sauce, may not be needed. Season to your liking.

Enough to marinate 1 lb of protein (Top Sirloin, Pork Butt/Shoulder- thinly sliced across the grain or Chicken Thighs - butterflied and pounded thinly or thinly sliced planks of Tofu/Tempeh).
It is best to make this the night before to let all the flavors blend and allow the zucchini to soften a bit in the dressing. Toss frequently so everything can marinate together.

This has some real spice do to the pepper flakes but you can adjust the measurement down to 1/4 teaspoon for just a hint of heat.
