I have said that I could eat peanut butter and dirt. I love the flavor of peanuts and together with the slaw and game hens, these recipes are really good. It fairly simple and makes a great meal for entertaining. It looks really impressive! Cutting the backs out of the hens really make them easy to grill. They cook quickly and it makes them easy to eat as well.

While you can purchase broccoli slaw in the store, I made my own. It's easy and UBER cheap. Use your food processor to shred 4 stalks of broccoli and 2 medium sized carrots. Hey, if you're gonna' buy broccoli anyway, don't throw half of the purchase away!

The almonds and the NEWMAN'S OWN dressing* were leftovers from the McDonald's asian salads.
(I'm hooked on the McD asian salad. It's great just the way it comes with their chicken glaze. )


I'll eat this whole recipe as one serving--salt-wise, it's not so good--this could/should be a side dish for two.
