I'm not really familiar with apple butter, but this is my attempt after reading some other recipes.
I had apples, she had a recipe, but I didn't want to add 3 C of sugar (for the whole recipe). So, when I cut the recipe in half, I just reduced some of the sugar also. It smells awesome cooking and it is really easy to make!
