Very good and very easy! Thanks, it was just what I needed for my aging apples on the counter. I reduced the sugar and the amount of apples since I didn't have enough and made 1/2 the recipe, but got different %ages for my final servings. I got 34 oz. which I guess is about 68 T, not sure.
