Mini Apple Pies
Great for the coming holiday! You can substitute the filling for a "lite" option and use skim milk to reduce the calories.
I wanted to come up with a dessert for a Halloween party that wouldn't kill my diet and I kind of invented these. They're great plain or with a little vanilla ice cream on top.
