Introduction

I wanted to come up with a dessert for a Halloween party that wouldn't kill my diet and I kind of invented these. They're great plain or with a little vanilla ice cream on top. Ingredients

    1 Refrigerated Pillsbury Pie Crusts for 9" Pie
    4 Apples
    2 tbsp ground cinnamon
    Half cup Granulated Sugar
    4 tbsp butter or margarine

Directions

In a medium bowl combine apples, sugar, cinnamon and butter.

Unroll pie crust and use a round cookie cutter to cut out circles. Push into mini muffin tins and spoon in apple filling. Use remaining dough to make circles and place on top of filling. Crimp edges of dough and cut small slits in the top. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until crust is lightly brown.
