Mini Apple Pies Mini Apple Pies
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    4 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple
    .375 cup Flour, white (6 Tbl)
    .75 cup Granulated Sugar
    2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    2 serving Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light (Soft), 1 Tbsp
    16 serving Pie Crust, Great Value (1 serving = 1/8 crust) (by WCHAMBERLAIN) (2 pie crusts)

Directions

Roll out each crust and cut into small circles (12) (save leftovers for tops)
Line each muffin tin with pie crust (12)
Peel and core apples, cut into 1/2 bits
Mix with flour, sugar, and cinnamon
Cut butter into 12 equal pieces
Fill each lined muffin tin with apple mix
Put one dab of butter on each
Cover with left over pie crust
Brush with melted butter
Bake @ 400° for 18-22 minutes
