Chicken breast with tomato and curry (spicy but no salt added)
I did this in a hurry and amounts are approximate. I used mixed italian seasoning, but could not find that in the list so used orgegano and basi - suit your own tastes. The hot ethiopian pepper (berbere) was already in the cupboard, but if you don't want spicy, use paprika. One plum tomato and part of a tin of whole tomatoes in juice and with spices added. No salt was added, but I did use freshly ground pepper. I cut a small slice for myself ( the 1/8th) and my husband ate the rest - so portions are approximate.
When we ate this, it was similar to a dish called Indian Butter chicken without the butter or cream.
