This is great! Use any hummus & veggies you like. I love using hummus as a condiment. I use it instead of mayo when making egg salad. The hummus adds extra flavor, protein, and fiber to a bland food (eggs).

So easy to make your own hummus! Just rinse a can of garbanzos , combine with a little lemon juice , soy sauce, garlic, roasted peppers or? Put all inablender and makes enuf for a week, No oil! Less calories and delicious !
Madethis for lunch today with Spicy Hummous and a low carb tortilla for the wrap. Cut up all my veggies last night and brought the fixins to work so I have enough for the rest of the week :)The spicy hummous gave it some kick!!! This might be my new favorite lunch.
Absolutely loved it! Incredible! As for the other reviews, my grocer stocks 4 brands of hummus and the sodium ran from (2 tbsp serving) 185 mg to 65 mg. Since I am concerned about sodium I purchased the lowest sodium hummus. Thanks for a great recipe!!!
This is a great lunch and very filling. I am a vegetarian and glad to have the extra protein.
I am wondering if the sodium was entered incorrectly. When I look at the sodium in the hummus alone it is 130mg. Can't imagine the rest of the wrap has that much more.
