I just made these and they are FANTASTIC! I used 1/2c reduced fat peanut butter and 1/2c dark chocolate almond butter. I reduced the splenda to just over 1/2c. Will definitely make these again, and maybe try PB2 to get them even less fattening! Thanks for sharing! Yummy!
I can't stand the taste of artificial sweeteners so I made these with regular sugar. I did cut the amount down to 3/4 of a cup though. I made them a little smaller so I ended up with 24. 1 cookie is 91.5 calories and just under 6 grams of fat. Not bad for using the real thing!
I love peanut butter. One cookie was just enough to get my fix. Under 6 grams of fat. WOW!!!
